Feudi del Pisciotto winery has the capacity to produce about 1.5 million bottles but, to guarantee organic growth, it currently produces about 500,000 bottles divided between 15 labels: a high quality entry line, Baglio del Sole, which stands witness to the ability to make wines suitable for daily consumption where typicality and territory are not penalized by the price, and a high-end line result of the most advanced winemaking projects of the Estate, which include L’Eterno, le Grand Vin of the winery, and the Grandi Stilisti Collection.
The Grandi Stilisti Collection is an innovative product of design and social sensitivity established in 2007, a successful idea of Paolo Panerai whose aim was to celebrate two great Italian excellences: Wine and Fashion. The project gave birth to 9 single-varietal wines with elegant labels designed by Versace, Missoni, Blumarine, Alberta Ferretti, Gianfranco Ferré, Brioni, Giambattista Valli and Carolina Marengo. The whole Grandi Stilisti Collection contributes to an important fundraising project whose aim is to support Sicilian art and culture: the proceeds of sales are partly delineated to the restoration of works of art and ancient artifacts of the island’s heritage. The first masterpiece to be restored was L’Eterno by Giacomo Serpotta, a gifted artist of the seventeenth century, author of the eponymous triptych held in Palermo. Feudi del Pisciotto aptly named L’Eterno its flagship wine, a 100% Pinot Noir inspired by an idea of Giacomo Tachis who identified the amazing potential of this noble vine which has found in the Sicilian Terroir a perfect expression.
